Customer Front End
The primary goal of a customer front-end is

Imaging and Workflow
Workflow and imaging can enable a more
flexible approach to the bank’s operations model, allowing for a separation of
customer facing units and back-office processing units. And having the ability to
share imaged documents with your export and import customers can further enhance your
